Wind Farm Kanin 20 MW (2010-2015)

• acquisition of SPV from a local developer,
• completion and improvement of project documentation and cost optimization,
• management of project documents and corporate documentation of SPV and its shareholders,
• preparation and supervision of legal titles to real estates,
• tender for selecting of construction works (BOP) contractor, concluding BOP contract,
• negotiations and execution of TSA (turbine supply agreement) and long term MSA (turbines’ maintenance and service agreement),
• participation in the project financing process, conclusion of security documents and fulfillment of conditions precedent,
• the entire process of construction, technical acceptance and subsequently operation,

Wind Farm Potęgowo 257 MW (2014-2022)

• acquisition of SPV from investment fund and a significant developer,
• project optimization, completion and improvements of documentation,
• representation in front of Polish transmission system operator (PSE S.A.) in number of proceedings and negotiations of annexes to the connection and transmission agreements,
• preparation and supervision of legal titles to real estate (lease, easement, etc.), including related disputes and court proceedings,
• corporate documentation of the special purpose vehicle and its shareholders,
• representing SPV in a number of court, regulatory (in front of Energy Regulatory Office) and administrative proceedings,
• representation in the auction for the sale of electricity of Energy Regulatory Office, • tender to select a contractor for construction works,
• preparation, negotiation and conclusion of BOP contract (for the performance of all construction works),
