About usnas

The law firm was founded by legal counsel Greg Jesman (Grzegorz Jeśman). Apart from his academic background and legal experience, attorney Jesman is also deeply involved in project management (e.g. for 8 years he held the position of vice-president of the management board of companies implementing the largest onshore wind farm in Poland and one of the largest in this part of Europe – Potegowo). For over 15 years of involvement in renewable energy projects, Greg Jesman has gained unique experience in the industry. Its result is a practical combination of legal, business and regulatory knowledge as well as technical and environmental understanding in respect of construction and operation of RES projects. Skills and experience from every stage of the life cycle of RES investment give unique ability to plan subsequent stages of the project, its financing, construction, obtaining a license and future operation. Comprehension of industry, people and a cross-section of offers and suppliers available on the market allow Greg Jesman to quickly choose the most advantageous business solutions. Understanding of legal and commercial aspects of power trading has so far allowed Greg Jesman to conclude on behalf of his Clients power purchase agreements (PPA) and corporate power purchase agreements (cPPA) of a volume exceeding 4 TWh.

Years and megawatts of completed projects have allowed Greg Jesman to gather a professional team of experts dealing with every legal aspect of RES projects (from civil and administrative issues, through environmental and planning, to regulatory and strictly energy matters). We respect the privacy of, both, our Clients and the team, hence we prefer face-to-face discussion over “e-meeting”.

The Client’s benefit and practical (often unconventional) solutions are our greatest satisfaction!
